We're an existing client of Public Storage at this location. Recently we would like to rent one more unit. Laura was extremely helpful in assisting me to acquire the unit. In addition, we also needed to do some admin changes on our existing units and Laura did an awesome job in preparing all the paperwork and explaining the purpose of each one. I have been having a difficult time making my payment online. I have previously spoke with customer service and had a rather bad experience with them. Laura called me today about my payment. I explain that I wanted to make my payment online but was unable to sign into my account. I told her the I had spoke with customer service before and they would not help me. She personally called customer service and got them to reset my password. She then called me back with the correct log in information. I received outstanding service! Thank you Laura for all your help!
