I have a great experience with 15145 Roscoe Blvd Panorama City location and it was mainly because of the manager Ron! He was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the place. He answered all my questions I wanted to know, showed me the storage spaces I was interested in, before I made my decision to rent the storage space out. Since then any time I go to the storage he is so helpful. I feel so comfortable that I chose that location.

The facility is great, I got a good deal on a promotional rate; however, because I didn't know how long that rate would last, nor could the person helping me tell me either, other than that the discounted rate could change at any time (up to management's discretion), that didn't sit well with me. If you could guarantee a rate for a certain period of time, whether it be 1 month or 1 year, at least I would know, and not feel like I'm at the mercy of how someone is feeling at any given moment.

Came to check out and get info and wasn't coming in with much expectations as soon as I walked thru the door and I was greeted with such a bright smile and a welcoming hello by this young lady named marie every question I asked she gave me assertive answers and also told me about all their specials and benefits of each unit available.... so happy I got a unit at this location convenient ,and great customer service def would recommend this to family and friends

I have never rented a storage unit in my life but I am glad I decided to go with public storage. Not only do they have great deals but awesome people who provide you with the best customer service. Maria had a smile on her face & made me felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Answered all of my questions as well as explaining everything I needed to know.

I've seen this facility change management a couple times hands down Maria has been one of the best. Every time I come in she has a smile on her face & answers all my questions. I've seen her interact with other customers and she is the same way with them. Would highly recommend this storage place
