As advertised. Nice, clean space. The parking area has an entrance code and gates so it feels relatively safe.

The facility is in a convenient location. It is kept clean, the price is reasonable, and is accessible at reasonable hours.

Very affordable for 10x20 size was only $304

I complaint to manager about the gate of storage won't stay up let see how long will take to get it fix ?

This is myself and my college roommate's first experience getting a storage unit on our own. This place was more affordable than anywhere else for the three of us to split, super clean and cool inside, and safe. Andrew helped us so much with everything and made it all really easy to understand and the experience has been wonderful!

The demo of the alarm needs to be perfected. The clerk who was helping someone else didn't seem to know how to turn off the alarm quickly when doing the demos with other people. It's hard to hear over in over in a 5 minute period.

Also, the facility allows the renter to have access the storage from early in the morning to 10 pm at night! This is great for renter who have long working hours during the day but still gets to drop things off or pick things up from the storage after work hours. My husband and I just rented a unit here and so far so good. The premises is clean and there are a number of security features. Also, they are located just off the 210 fwy.

I actually enjoyed my experience, renting my storage space at Uncle Bob's in Duarte, California. The staff was professional, personable and helpful. The space I have is climate controlled and clean. They have courtesy flatbeds to move your things to your space. They have good music playing inside the building, so it's not so creepy. Lol. Great prices, too.

like no other that I have ever seen clean I feel that my stuff is safe the security alarm on my unit and the lock pads are a good thing
