Due to current circumstances (COVID-19), my university closed housing and I needed a storage unit ASAP. I filled out a reservation online and called the morning after to ensure it. Though they were out of 5x10s, Ricardo offered to give us an 8x10 for the same price! This was as long as I claimed it by noon, which I was able to do. He really did his best to accommodate us while everyone else was also trying to get a storage unit. It's one thing to do a hard sale, but to be considerate enough to also try and lower the price as much as possible? The unit I had was clean and he didn't hesitate to offer any assistance should we require it.

Move- in was fast, simple and easy... the property manager Ricardo: FANTASTIC! Hard to find people professional, helpful, good personality, and most of all welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property to others in need of storage. Everyone wants their belongings protected and when I think of this facility, I think secure. GREAT STORAGE FACILITY!!!! THANKS RICARDO!!!!

The person covering fir the regular staff at the site was very helpful, honest and friendly. He could not have been any better. The facility is fine but the construction is visibly shoddy. Granted you don't need beautiful finishes for a storage unit, but plywood with large splinters is really not the best.

The Location: I liked working with Ricardo in Duarte; he made the experience of choosing a space and moving in quite easy. I would recommend dealing with him. The Public Storage company: I was surprised that I could get a better deal if I signed up online than I could get in person but it worked out for me. Future service: I was not able to get any commitment about how often they raise rates so that is a bit of a concern and I will watch it.
