Angel was really nice and helpful. The unit was smaller than I imagined but that's my fault. It's close to my home so it's convenient and I can cancel anytime. Overall good experience

Customer service is excellent here at this Public Storage location. I received a good price online through SpareFoot website. The storage unit is easily accessible through the mobile app. My unit here is not climate controlled, but still serves its purpose for short term storage.

Edgar is the best! We were at this location for almost 5 years and I was always in and out of there~ Edgar always had a big smile on his face!! So nice to see him and get his help or just wave hi. One day on the 10th of the month I couldn't get there in time so I tried to call Edgar. Even though it was a few minutes after 6pm, I tried. no answer~ oh well, my fault~ ill have to pay the late fees. A couple minutes later Edgar is calling me. He noticed my number on the phone and called to see if everything was ok!! I explained that all I had was cash and now PS was closed what can I do?? Edgar reminded me I had until 9PM and I could get a money order and drop it thru the slot. OhEmGee!! I was pretty stressed and to have someone just call~ right on right?!! Edgar is very knowledgeable, funny, professional, and is very polite when he is really busy! I had been at two other PS locations before and there was no personality at either like having Edgar greet you! Its been a year now that I have moved but I never forgot about writing this review about Edgar's PS location, I just finally got around to it!!!! Kelleigh

Edgar was so incredibly helpful!!!! He called within minutes after I even required about a storage unit. Needless to say, Public storage was my first place to call for pricing and seeing how nice and helpful he was, I didn't even call anywhere else!! I thought the prices were good as well!!!
