I was seeking vehicle storage for my car for when I'm traveling. And I was directed to this website, which promised that I would have a 15 / 20 foot storage that would be accessible by my car. That I could park my car in period Upon arriving at the facility, the storage was not vehicle accessible.There was no one there to assist me with the process of finding the store junior and I was told that the unit was a facility was not clear for vehicle storage and that I would have to just eat the cost

The unit I was assigned is about 1/3 smaller due to where it's located. There's a large protrusion into the unit apparently from what was once an office. I wrote to customer service immediately to complain about the unit and I've heard nothing. Very disappointed.

I found the online registration and move-in process easy, straight-forward, and relatively painless. Often moving one's things into storage is not a very good experience but Public Storage makes it tenable.

My experience with the public storage has been amazing and wonderful employees! Shannon and David at the Arroyo Parkway Public Storage provided me outstanding customer service.

I did a lot of research on locations, unit sizes and prices before deciding on Public Storage. What did not come through on the Internet was the fabulous service I would receive when I went to the property to secure my unit. Shannon could not have been more helpful, professional and pleasant. Moving goods into storage is not a fun task, but Shannon's delightful personality helped make the process a little easier. She is a valuable asset to the organization.

I had a great experience renting my space. Shannon and Sinea were so informative, friendly and accommodating. They made the process easy and enjoyable.

I was charged full price for first two months simply because my brother and nephew are existing customers currently. I had no choice but to rent from your company because of time restrictions and regarding rented van, work, and my helpers. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I thought I was over it but I'm still a little ticked over it. Frankly if I could move out yesterday I would have. Perhaps an opportunity will spring and I'll be out before the sun goes down. Absolutely the BEST customer service from the property manager (Shannon). I am an active duty Navy veteran who has moved many times during my career which always includes needing a storage unit. Shannon was there for me and my needs with a smile on her face. She was very accommodating with my schedule and an absolute pleasure to talk to each time I came in. If you are looking for excellent personable customer service, look no further.

Super easy to rent at this place. We were lucky enough to have James help us on our initial visit and when we came back the next day to finalize our space. He followed up by phone on our initial reservation and di not pressure us to commit. He explained the process very clearly, knew the spaces very well and was efficient. I also enjoyed speaking with him about raising our children!

Booking a 10x30 unit was easy. Lots of paperwork, including insurance that i agreed at the time to buy -- rather than go home and check my homeowners policy ( which I plan to do.) Because the rental started mid-month, I paid the pro-rated amount, with the balance of like $128 due by the 24th of the next month. It was somewhat convoluted, but I understood the request. A week or so later, on the 5th of the month, I get a call from the manager stating that all rents are due on the 1st and that i owed the $128. I reminded her that my paperwork stated I had until the 24th. She pauses while she looks at my account, and says "...oh. Yes, the $128 is due on the 24th. Is that when we can expect payment?" I reply yes, if not sooner. Why she didn't check my account in the first place is perplexing. Secondly, we have a lot of boxes, shelving, appliances and furniture to store in our unit. I have drawn out to scale the placement of the shelving, and the major pieces to be sure they fit, and to save time in placement. The unit is sold as 10' x 30'. To be sure I measured -- and though the width is indeed 10'-0", the depth of the unit is 29'-3". Now 7" in depth may not appear like much, but can make a difference when placing 18 shelf units of various lengths, or allowing for the overlfow of a 3 bedroom house's contents. Maybe deeply embedded in the several pages of fine print there is a disclaimer that unit measurements are approximate -- but this discovery was disappointing to say the least. I hate having to use storage units, as they are extremely expensive, but the only solution for the time we will need it.

The office personnel was good. The problem was that the elevator near my unit was out. Had to use the one on the other side of the building

I only have one complaint and that is with the sales department. I secured a rental with the $1 first month promotion and was told after taxes plus an administration fee it would be about $30. When I went to pay it was over $50. I was, and am, very disappointed with the misrepresentation of pricing.

No hassles or issues

I went to the public storage on orange grove in Pasadena. Beatrice, the girl that attended to us,was excellent . She even stayed over time to make sure that we were knowledgeable on how to get in and out from the storage. she has very good very good customer service. She made my first time experience very pleasant. If in the future, I'm in meed for storage, i would not hesitate in going back.thank u

I like this location because it is clean and safe.
