Diana gave me very good service and explained everything very well. She was very thorough and made sure my code works properly. I like her and she is an excellant employee. Juana who works @ the same office is also very sweet. She is very responsible and provides me with great service. They are both very polite and courteous. Juana is an excellent employee also. I am glad to see Public Storage is very careful in screening for their employments.

This is the first time that I have been involved in self-storage. I needed to store personal belongings at short notice on behalf of my son, a PhD student from England. Laurie made the whole process very simple, and I am very grateful for her guidance.

Tricia and Dennis have been so nice and helpful. The unit is big and clean, they had all of the moving supplies we needed. I left my wallet on the counter and Dennis called me right away to let me know. Another day I left my key in the lock and once again he let me know right away. They are very on top of things and care about their customers.
