I like the fact that the facility is open for access to 9:00pm.But in the lobby area of my storage they only had one crate.They should have several.Because when I came to unload my stuff I had to wait because another customer was using it.The pricing is also,a little high.

if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re looking for a long-term rental storage, you might have to check the price with them and how long that price gonna be.

This place is nice and clean. The reception was very helpful only one down side about this place the price, because they will increase the price one every 6 or 12 months. If you looking for long term rental. You might want to consider that.

So far, my less-than-one-month experience with Public Storage has been a positive one. All of my interaction with Chris (888 Fair Oaks, Pasadena, 91105) has been friendly, straightforward and professional. His helpful, cheery and upbeat manner is a plus during these anxious times.

My representative oversaw my storage process, but I have not heard any complaints from her.

Jennifer was great, very friendly and super informative. Chris was on top of everything and also very friendly.

I rented a 2nd floor space on July 11th. I was told that the elevator in that building would be out of service in a few weeks. I called today (July 22) to confirm that it was still working but it isn't. I have 1 desk - not heavy but too large for me to carry upstairs by myself. I asked if anyone there could help me with just this one item but was told I would have to hire a day laborer. I don't want to hire a stranger off the street to help me with putting something into my personal storage. I find this service unacceptable - it would take one of your employees 60 seconds or less to assist with this. I will never rent a space at your company again and will be sure to share this experience with others.

I pleased with my storage unit with the exception of not enough lighting. The fluorescent light in the hallway where my unit is is not on and it makes it difficult to see inside.

Ben was quite helpful when I rented a storage unit. The access hours are great since I usually need to go into my unit around 7:00am. The grounds are well kept up.

Chris was an excellent help. Professional and kind, he was able to help us find the perfect unit that matched our needs.

Great service, location and value! Chris was really helpful and patient, even though it was a really busy day and he was working alone. I would love if they had the 5x10 unit in the wide length, with the 10 foot roll up door - as oppossed to the deep length with the closet door - but the unit is still is very roomy, and easy to get in and out of.

Staff was friendly, helpful and informative. The unit had a broken wall between my unit and the person's next door.

Manager at this location was very helpful and friendly. Storage unit was easily accessible and clean.

I met with a lady named Linda. She was very helpful when she assessed the size of storage that would meets my needs. She was so helpful & courteous, it really made something like moving a better experience.

Working with PS Storage was a great experience and the customer service was superior.

I will use Public Storage again when the need arises.
