I had a great experience checking in with the office. The movie in was quick and easy.

The two ladies at the front desk were so helpful. They made the transaction simple, explained everything extremely well, and were a pleasure to work with.

Online reservation was fast and easy. Onsite manager was friendly and helpful.

I found this place quickly and was able to move in the same day. Nice price and location. Easy enough.

The facilities and employees are great. The only issue I had was during my initial check in. I HAD to buy a $20 PS disc lock!! I was NOT allowed to go to the hardware store and get a less expensive lock. I found this to be a bit "nickel and dime" on PS's part

Day three of loading in and there has been no need to use my access code on the elevator. This has been the case if the office is open or closed. All we do is push the elevator button and it opens. So there is no exterior gate in my area and no added security of the code. Otherwise everything is fine. The third level is kind of dirty but active so...

Exactly what you'd expect from a Public Storage. They have multiple different size storage units ranging from 5'x5' up to 10'x25'. Some of the units are climate controlled and they have plenty of parking.

Professional, helpful, polite. Manager made the process go smoothly.

The onsite manager couldn't have been better. BUT, the units and the building smelled musky and I'm worried about the clothes and bedding i have in the unit, I purchased bags and moisture collecting products to help but am still worried. The inside of the unit was all wood and smelled musky like there was moisture in there.

When I reserved a storage unit online, I picked the location, the size and as stated, a person from the facility called and confirmed with me and I assured them I'd be in that day to finish the transaction. The website quoted a monthly rent of $174 and a one time administrative fee of $22, with a "total move in cost of $196". Upon signing the paperwork I was informed that there is a mandatory $11/month insurance fee which technically brings the monthly cost up to $185 and the move in costs to $207. If you're going to charge a reoccurring fee, be it insurance, cleaning, maintenance, etc, disclose it up front. People care about how much it will cost per month first, then maybe what the rent goes to. It's a small fix, but I think it's an important one.

If anyone asks me about my storage unit I tell them it's the place to go.
