Fast friendly staff. Got me into my unit at the very end of the day which is bad on my part but she made it happen. Facility is one of the newer ones so very clean very functional. Price is on par with others In the area. I took advantage of one of the specials so first month was half off. Highly recommend this spot.

Just moved from another storage unit same size. This unit is bigger than previous a hundred dollars less and you have until 9PM. Other storage unit it was until 7PM but you had to be out 10min before because it will lock you out at 7PM and alarms will go off if you try and get out. I have an inside unit upstairs. There are two elevators and flatbed carts (like Costco) to use NO charge. The facility is beyond spotless, inside it is all white and light and bright. It is also quiet. It is nice to be in a space with your storage and be able to think and organize clearly.

Facilities very clean and seemingly secure. However, person in office could not show facilities, handle office matters like discussing rental policy, questions preparing paperwork, etc in a timely manner although she was very knowledgeable and competent. And on the following day (move in day), a Sunday, there was no personnel scheduled to be on site. Very inefficient. You need a much better support system.

I reserved online. Went to facility and paid, got my unit, got a lock, provided home owners policy for insurance, and walked out. Surer simple and easy.

StorQuest self storage in Petaluma, CA is nothing less than AMAZING!! The customer service agents are exceptional. They are knowledgeable of the storage facility and able to direct or redirect the needs of customers. The center is clean to perfection. Totally superior.
