Very Clean, the employees were very helpful and professional. Answered any and all questions I asked.

The next day, when I moved to the space, I found it had been broken into. This is not a safe place to store your belongings.

I will tell a friend that if they need a storage to come there.

Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do it. Office staff has horrible customer service. Public storage as a whole isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the best company to rent from. I will be moving my storage as soon as I can because of the treatment I have received & witnessed. They also should look into extending their gate hours to something other than business hours.

Fast easy and efficient way to get a unit.

I just moved in on July 24, I'm happy so far.

I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like the fact that right after I moved into the storage unit they charged the hours from 6-6pm The hours of access was the reason I chose this storage in the first place Had the hours been 6-6 before I moved in I wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never chose this location Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m mad about the access hours now Please change the access hours back 6 o clock is too early to close to the customers

Easy to move in , clean locker space , 10x 10 locker was the best price around and provides more then ample room for what I need

I was extremely happy with the customer service I received when I recently had need to get short term storage. From the initial call of inquiry, Richard answered my questions. Then on my way to the facility I received a courtesy call from Tina letting me know someone would be there to assist me. Margarite, at the main office, took care of getting me the best storage option for my needs. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone.

Totally pleased with Bobby and Chelsia's customer service at 25709. I really can't understand company policy on transferring storage unit from one person to another. We're a nonprofit, providing donated books to low income children. Prior President requested that unit be taken out of her name and transferred to someone else in the nonprofit., Apparently Public Storage doesn't allow transfers. We had to move out of our existing exterior unit. No other exterior units available so we were offered an interior unit which is much less convenient but cheaper. Having trouble understanding the unreasonable policy. We were willing to move out of the unit, have it assessed and then move back in. Suggestion was not an option. Would suggest that management review this policy an evaluate each situation on its on merits.

The employee was helpful and honest. But it left me feeling that even with the most insurance- my items will not be safe. I was also disappointed that Public Storage only covers up to $5,000. I feel most people's living rooms are nearly that amount alone.

Very good Customer Service. However, I am recommending that if the Consumer makes a mistake or change happens within 1 day, that you be allowed a refund of monies. I had an unusual situation and contacted the storage place immediately. NO REFUND! MARGARET was excellent and allowed me to transfer to a dmaller unit (that I may or may not use). Great customer service! Andrea was so helpful and gave us all the information we need it. The facilities are really clean and the unit was in great conditions. We just had to get our unit here. If you're looking for a storage place this is a great location.
