Its close to my house so thats a definate plus. Had the best prices in the Anaheim fullerton area by far.

i had the worse experience ever there. My unit was burned down to ashes. i lost every single thing i had in there , valuable irreplaceable things. my things were worth defiantly wayyyyy more than what i got paid for. worse experience ever...

Staff has been very considerate and helpful through every step from the initial follow up on my reservation all the way through moving in.

Troy helped us out and he was very helpful and friendly. He showed us a few different units to make sure we were comfortable getting the one we really wanted. Troy made the experience worth getting the unit. We left our old facility because management was extremely rude (stor-mor In Anaheim) However we saw the difference here, the way Troy treats everyone. Very kind polite and friendly.

Just moved into my unit so a review might be premature but this seems to be the best deal in the area. Very secure with all units gated and facing in toward the drive. Freight elevators function properly and free use of their moving truck made move in very convenient.

The last storage locker charged more than $50 per month, and the unit was smaller. So, yes, this is a whole lot better!

Clean storage, helpful staffs.

The facility is great and the employees are really nice.

Staff were helpful facility clean and unit was good size. The only complaint I have is that the elevator doesn't work and I had to drag everything upstairs. Also the gate access hours should be extended.

nice and easy. Would like to see pricing being more perdictable. I don't like that price increases can take place with 30 days notice. As a non-profit this could be problem. But hopefully this won't be a problem.

The office staff was wonderful and this was the smoothest and least stressful move Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve experienced (and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had many). They helped make a difficult move almost easy!

When I arrived I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what I was doing but the guy behind the front counter was super great. He helped me set everything up with a truck to move my stuff

There are a few drawbacks the times..... closes too early and it has an outhouse..but other than that this place is really great!!! THANK YOU!!

Great prices and staff. Older style building so has very little insulation.. Units get very hot.

Onsite manager was fantastic, service elevators are a great touch, vertical space in the unit is great, locks sold at the office are clever and secure, prices are great, location is pleasant.

The manager was fantastic. He insisted we see the room before buying and thank goodness, because it helped us sort out our needs better. He was patient and very helpful through the whole sign up process, and made everything very clear and easy for us.

Overall 4.5 out of 5 , clean secure facility with very nice staff, but hours of operation cuts out a little earlier than I personally would like, other than that one thing it's perfect:))

At first glance, Placentia Self Storage may not be the newest, shiniest storage facility, but it makes up for it in great customer service, good security features (high quality security cameras, unique gate code for entry & exit, in-set locks on all units required (and cheaper to buy here than other facilities), competitive prices, and overall usability. I got a second floor unit so I made lots of use of the large cargo elevator and push carts. I was glad that not only does the facility have skylights so that daylight always comes in, but they have light switches on timers so you can control them to add light as needed. The only reasons the facility gets 4.5 stars from me are that the doors to all the units (except drive up) are standard swing-open doors, not wider roll-up doors, and that the elevator is only for cargo so I got quite the workout on the stairs moving in. Slight inconveniences, but overall I still recommend it.

Only draw back are the access hours.

We used Placentia Self Storage for a little over a year when we were transitioning back into the state. Their prices are very competitive which is what we needed. We were able to get a unit convenient to the freight elevator. Everything was always clean and in working order when we needed to add or subtract from our unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone on a budget looking for storage either short-term or long-term.

inside lights absolutely needed have a large unit which is completely dark how are you supposed to load an absolutely black hole

Great place, affordable and nice people. Very clean. Never had a problem getting in or out. Even though the unit is upstairs its relatively easy to access. Five star rating.

Wish there was a/c or fans- so when moving in- so hot in summer months

I feel very comfortable storing my belongings here, because the security is on point. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the lift and rolling cart available for moving to my upstairs unit was a tremendous help. I would highly recommend.

Super service. Helpful, friendly, made me feel comfortable with the location. My only complaint is that the unit was extremely dusty and cob-webby. (As in, I had wished I brought a large mop instead of a broom.) As long as you are ok with some cleaning and elbow grease, you end up with a solid location at a great price!

Placentia Storage is a great location for me. It has the perfect size I needed, and a really good price. The security provides me with piece of mind and the office manager was very helpful and got is through the paperwork very quickly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent property layout, easy access to units! Very fair pricing for the size of the unit.

Manager was out when we first arrived to check it out. Had to wait approx 30 min. for his return. He was very courteous and showed us the unit we reserved on SquareFoot. We asked to see another unit of comparable size and when we expressed an interest in that unit he agreed to change our reservation to that unit for the same monthly rate as the original reservation. We left with a confirmation for that unit and a 30 day guarantee. When I returned the following week a substituent manager was there (from Yorba Linda sister facility) He too was very courteous, found my reservation on the computer and did the processing paper work. Only hiccup was the agreed to rate had not been entered into the computer data base and when I showed him my printed copy of the reservation with a lower price he had to cancel the just finished paperwork and go through the process again. We had some difficulty with the gate key code as he thought it was the 7 digits of my phone number (perhaps that is what it is at the YL facility) then he went back to the office to check and returned to let me know it was only the last four digits in combination with # and *. I asked him to accompany me to make sure I knew all the steps to operate the freight lift - no people allowed on the lift. After going through the process with me he left and went back to the office. Unfortunately, I had to hike back to the office to have him return and remove the facility lock from the door of the rented unit. Once he returned it took him several minutes of trial and error to find the correct key to remove the lock. After that, all went smoothly. Only concern relative to security is whether multiple vehicles can pass through the gate once it is opened but I assume camera's capture license plates - I didn't think to ask at the time. Only other concern was I noticed some termite damage to the bottom stair leading up to the second floor. The damage had been painted over and it was safe, it just did not leave a favorable impression as the entire interior and roof support structure are also wood and susceptible to termites and fire. Exterior walls are cinder block so no potential problem there.

It was a storage unit facility. The freight elevator door was a bit cramped for the size of the platform, but otherwise everything was what I expected.

The management is nice and seem trustworthy and stable. This gives the entire facility a safer feeling. Competitive pricing and not crowded so that I can access my stuff. This is my substitute garage, so I don't need it to be pristine or climate controlled, as my things are in containers. A perfect choice in nice surroundings with good hours and great staff.

Bargain prices, special $49 unit not available so they upgraded me 8 additional sq ft at same price. No elevators- they have old gated lifts- so you must walk up stairs with each load. Generally pretty clean, a few extra cobwebs by lifts. For the price and location I would certainly recommend.
