CubeSmart Self Storage - Pleasanton

I found this facility online and was then able to reserve everything and complete the paperwork all online, too. Very smooth! I was then issued a mobile app to track my account, along with an access code for the unit, which was clean and ready for me when I got there. Awesome! To top it off, the onsite manager, Josh, couldn't have been nicer. This is my first time using self storage and he took the time to show me the ropes and get me settled into a great unit. So far, this place has been great and I couldn't recommend it more!

From the pricing to the paperwork and customer service - outstanding! The property is immaculate, with easy keypad entry and a wide driveway to easily accommodate traffic. Josh, the property manager, has been helpful and thorough in answering my questions, and the signup process was quick and straightforward. I have rented at 5 different storage companies over the years, and this has been the best so far. Highly recommended!

Hello There, As a seasoned traveler and 20 years as a traveling nurse, I have literally moved 28 times in my lifetime. I must have used dozens of storage spaces throughout my life and CubeSmart is hands down my absolute favorite ever! Everything just seemed to fall into place so easily! Shout out to David, whose experience, expertise and kindness facilitated a seamless transition!

As stated above It was what I needed for the size of my camper Manager Josh was very helpful, cordial and welcoming My space gives me direct access to load my trailer and exit the facility

This place is very large and very clean inside and out including the office. The staff Shawn was very helpful and polite. Glad I made the choice to come there to store my belongings for I do not currently live in Pleasanton. The pricing, staff, and cleanliness was worth my travel.

came because of the pricing, liked the layout and how easy everything was to get to, plenty of room to get into the spaces for RVs, helpful and courteous customer service on the phone, first to find an affordable branch and second, actually checking in.

I showed up and they got my reservation ready as soon as I walked in. After a couple rules they took me to my unit and told me the hours. I moved my stuff in immediately. They were very easy to deal with!

From the moment I signed up for my storage, I felt confident that I found a safe place to store my life. I am in transition and it was important for me to know that was the last thing I would have to worry about! The staff has always been helpful, one day when I couldn't get my door open I called the office and he came asap. I had packed things to close to the door, once opened he gave me suggestions on how to repositioned things, so this would not happen again.

The lady (assistant manager?) Was extremely nice and helpful. The process was very fast and easy. We moved our stuff in within an hour! We forgot a lock but luckily they sell locks and other storage solution supplies to make your life much less stressful. It was a great experience overall.

I have seen other storage places and this one is by far the best when it comes to being clean, and having a great Security system

Moved in on 8/23/2014. Store manager was helpful and nice to explain the paperwork and show the facility.Overall, it went well and the unit is clean and equipped with light inside the unit on a timer. You also entitled to a free rent use of a small truck as a new customer, but you have to utilize this perk within the first 12 days of the first month or loose this previliage. The only thing I have to comment about not giving the 5 stars is you have to remind him the internet price at the time you booked. Otherwise, he would put in the regular price. I got my first month half off price, but I forgot to ask him about the 10% off the first month rent. I will have to go back in another day to ask for price adjustment.

This is a great place to store your stuff! Shawn, the area manager, took great care of us, even when we needed to change to a larger unit the day before our scheduled move in, without question or hassle. The area was very clean, and it was obvious that this facility is well taken care of.

The facility is close to the freeway so makes it a good place to store your RV/trailer/boat. The onsite manager was helpful and the reservation process was easy.

Terrific service by manager and all staff. Clean unit, clean grounds and really appreciate the numbers of wheeled hand trucks in each building. As compared to other storage facilities, U-Store-It is by far, the best.
