Thus far, our experience with Public Storage on Santa Rita Road in Pleasanton, California has been great. Reservation was easy to make, follow-up was prompt and there were units available in the size we needed. When we went to the location to complete our check-in, Judy was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kind. She helped us through the process and we were on our way. We were also able to purchase moving supplies while we were there!

I'm delighted with my experience at this Public Storage facility. Shane was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He helped me get set up with the right unit for me. I loved being able to drive right up to the unit (with other facilities I considered, I would have had to deal with elevators or stairs). Over the 7 months that I had my stuff stored there between moves, every time I came by and interacted with Shane or other team members, they were delightful and helpful, going above and beyond whenever possible. And when it came time to leave because I had completed my move to the South Bay, Shane was just as friendly as that first day and helped me get checked out smoothly. Thank you!
