I have used Public Storage previously and have always liked the cleanliness and layout of the units of their facilities. The convenience, amenities and safety has been tops in what I look for in storage units. I learned my lesson using another facility and HATED the terrible layout snd elevator. It was dark and I felt unsafe regarding their halls/walk way.

Once I discovered that my initial reservation was for the price and I needed to come in to secure the unit, I was off to a great start. Sheila helped walk me through the process, and I felt like everything fell into order for my move quickly.

I believe discounts should be given to senior citizens as well as when signing up for auto pay. Some companies do this to assist those living on an incredible small income like Social Security.
