Public Storage - Pleasanton - 3470 Boulder Street

I have used Public Storage previously and have always liked the cleanliness and layout of the units of their facilities. The convenience, amenities and safety has been tops in what I look for in storage units. I learned my lesson using another facility and HATED the terrible layout snd elevator. It was dark and I felt unsafe regarding their halls/walk way.

I had an issue opening the dorr and they were quick and prompt to help me out, even without anybody on-site

Once I discovered that my initial reservation was for the price and I needed to come in to secure the unit, I was off to a great start. Sheila helped walk me through the process, and I felt like everything fell into order for my move quickly.

We had a great experience renting a storage unit from Public Storage in Pleasanton. The reservation process was simple, the price was competitive, and service was great. Special shout-out to Sheila in the rental office, she was extremely helpful and friendly.

From reserving a storage space on the web site, to completing the paperwork with the on-site manager, everything was very professional and went very smoothly. All parts of the transaction were clear, options explained and there were no surprises. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am impressed with this Storage Facility, It's clean, it's easy to find and easy in and out access. When I arrived , Sheila, the site Manager was very professional and friendly at the same time... I picked this one because their rates we reasonable compared to everyone else in the area.. Made my Day.. I highly recommend this place for your Storage needs. I believe discounts should be given to senior citizens as well as when signing up for auto pay. Some companies do this to assist those living on an incredible small income like Social Security.
