Didn't talk to one person andwas abeto getut find y strange ad get my stuff unloaded and no one messed with me and I was there til 3am

So far great experience, most information was filled out online, reducing exposure in COVID time. Store manager was kind and informative. I was also impressed by how clean the location is, the security in place cameras/gated access etc.

Debbie is a true professional. Very knowledgeable and efficient, very courteous and friendly. The facility itself was very clean and you could tell very well maintained. Security is taken very seriously and appears to be a safe environment.

I'm happy with my choice of Public Storage. I have rented at this facility before, and so I knew about how they operated. The manager, Debbie was very helpful, and I got a real good spot at a rental that was better then the competitors. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone with the need.

Quick, simple, great customer service, excellent, clean., easy.

We were suppose to get 1 month free but we didn't get 1 month free what a rip off we had to pay $92. When our monthly payment is $270. I guess something is better than nothing.

There is absolutely no reason to charge a long standing customer double of what a new customer would pay for the exact same product. For instance, Disneyland charges one price for their admission. You can't buy a ticket anywhere else on the planet for less than the main gate. That's for a reason. Yes, they have promotions and they also reward frequent visitors, but they certainly don't charge anyone double. Get your act together David, before everyone moves out.

Available, clean, secured location

Kayla was so very informational about storage she helped me get another unit prior to seeing another unit that had a little tare in the roof. It hadn't been cleaned out yet prior to someone moving, but did not at all mind showing me another that had metal roof, just right for me and although I want sure if everything would fit she simply stated we can transfer you into another storage unit as long as I didn't mind moving all thing from the other. Very patient and courteous. Great location, access and I have the number incase I need any assistance. & Picked up a room refreshner to keep my things fresh while in storage. Thanks Kayla when moving it can be difficult any good is experience needs is appreciated.***

Kyle was very patient and showed us the spot I had reserved and was able to accommodate us with more space as the one spot I had was not large enough. He also was very helpful when I returned and could not open the door and then also provided a longer string for us to reach the light (we are a little short).

Debbie and staff are great. I needed to store motorcycles and she offered good solutions for my requirements. Facility is clean and well maintained. Would go back to them again without hesitation.

first of all, i should give ps storage 2 stars for their un-loyalty to long time customers, but Debbie is the reason you get 5 stars today....mike ponti was a long time renter of a storage unit and always paid on time at your Pleasanton location. yet, he was forced to move because his loyalty got him nowhere - compared to someone off the street that could rent the same space for $36 cheaper. that is not good customer service.... on the other hand, manager Debbie and employee Chris are %100 outstanding professionals in the way i've been treated. everything was fast and courteous. i hope i don't have to leave due to my loyalty going unnoticed - which is no fault of their own. ps storage needs to honor their long time renters!!

They believe in fluent in communication therefore the customers will feel very confidence in their business. Through my experience, I was informed that my car cover was half covered due to strong winds so I am glad to be aware of it rather than nothing. Cheers to their beliefs!

Public storage is a commodity. Once I lock the door, every provider's storage is the same. Beside price, the only way to stand out? Provide outstanding customer service. In this case, Public Storage in Pleasanton did that. The manager, Debbie, was thoughtful, patient and completely focused on my satisfaction. I checked out several storage companies before I made my choice. She made all the difference for me.

I could not say enough good about this location, Debbie runs a top notch property that can't be compared to any other storage facility in Pleasanton. The professionalism that she demonstrates reflects the passion that she has for this location. She treats it more than just a job, she treats it like it's hers, and she cares about the customer as if they were family. With the recent passing of her husband I thought that there would be a disruption in the quality of service. But what I experienced was someone that persevered through adversity. I consider myself to be fortunate to have Debbie running a first class operation.
