Good facility, friendly staff and nice resources to help move (there are freight elevators and dollys).

When I got to the facility they were friendly helpful and awesome!!! I got a phenominal deal for first two months. There's a freight elevator to get my things to my 2nd floor storage space and there are carts available to help. Even high power fans in the hallways you and turn on a timer to cool you down and circulate air. Definitely a Bonus and the customer service is exceptional!!

The gentlemen were very nice and professional. The man assisting me did his job right and made sure to read the rules and policy to me. Other than that, I had no bad experience. Funny moment was paying $1 for the soda that advertises itself on the counter next to you. I thought it was free lol.

I reserved a unit online went in the next day and realized that the unit might be a little to small so they showed me a larger more convenient unit. I ended up getting the larger unit and that worked plus i got 50 % off my first 2 months!!

Renting a 5x5 unit, The staff was extremely helpful. They also offered use of a vehicle to assist the moving in of what was required to be stored. although I did not use the vehicle it was an added benefit that i was surprised by.

As soon as I made the reservation Romeo followed up with me to confirm. The facility was easy to get to and really clean. Romeo and Alex provide great customer service. They went over everything thoroughly and completed the paper work with in 15 min.

This place used to be a dump, but how the new management has taken over and cleaned house. The walls are freshly painted, the are is extremely clean , and the behind counter staff combined with the awesome pricing make this a excellent place to store my things.
