I let the front office know about door not closing properly and they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take the time to confirm my issue with the door. I am not confident my items will be safe. They did tell me they will call and have a maintenance person go see, but could not tell me when.

Staff responded quickly. However, some requests were not followed and therefore made moving in slightly difficult. Overall staff were kind. Building can use some updates however.

Upon arriving at cube smart I didn't know what to expect. I arrived and got my storage space and was very pleased. Good customer service and a great atmosphere all culminated for a very enjoyable experience.

Moved from Virginia to California. Rowland, the guy working the front desk, was really helpful and very courteous. Pricing is the best we have found and the facility is very secure. I will rest easy knowing my goods are stored here.

As a college who goes home for the summer every year, I always look for a place to store away my school things. For two summers now I have been using CubeSmart self storage as I absolutely love working with them! From their great prices to amazing customer service every time I could not think of going anywhere else. I will definitely continue to use CubeSmart and hope that others will too! When I arrived to move in my appliances I had movers with me who we're being paid hourly. They required an additional hour of time because the security gate was inaccessible to my new entry code and there was no one on the office. I had to go to the new apartment and have my movers take the storage appliances out of the front of the van to get to the apartment furniture, then reload the appliances and travel back to the storage facility. Not a good experience.

The space I booked thru Sparefoot was not the space that was reserved for me at CubeSmart. No one had explained to me prior to my reservation date that the 5'x10' space I reserved is actually TWO 5'x5' space next to each other. There was no other fine print in the reservation stating that fact, which is very misleading. I did not find out that was the case until I arrived at Cubesmart to fill out the paperwork, leaving me with no choice but to select another unit that fits my needs.

The customer service is fantastic and the facility is always clean.
