Very pleased with this storage.

My unit was filthy , covered in dirt and debris. Lock holes didn't line up I had to force my lock on there

just what I needed and easy to take care of. Safe and easy

Easy, contactless sign-up and move-in. Good communication and customer service.

Staff is always friendly & helpful. Property is kept clean and patrolled for security. Maintenance is slow to fix bathroom that is often out of order. Would like to see rate discounts/rental rate freezes for long term rentals. Also need 24 hour access for business customers.

I rented a 9x11 unit about a week before I moved in. When I got there with my truck loaded with all my stuff and before I started unloading I realized the unit I had rented was not big enough. So I went to the office and told them my problem and the person there (I do not remember her name) offered to come out and evaluate the situation. She agreed with me that I needed a bigger space and so she showed me a larger unit that I agreed would fit my stuff. We went to the office and she transferred units with only a small additional charge and it worked out great. I actually filled the larger unit with almost no extra space. The lady that helped me (I wish I could remember her name) was great!

If you need a place to storage your stuff I would highly recommend public storage to you and any of your freinds. My experience was great from the time I walked in the door and looked over the grounds with the management team to filling out all my paperwork.

Storing with Public Storage was a great choice. Chris made it super easy for us to move in and out. We were well advised to the size we should get and found it clean, safe, and convenient.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Paying is easy and convenient because there are different ways to pay such as online, over the phone, and in person. The storage unit was really hot and the light inside did not work but other than that, I am satisfied with Public Storage.

I ordered my storage online and within minutes I had a call back to confirm. Upon arrival I was greeted nicely and had the tour and all the paperwork completed very quickly. Overall it was a very good experience!

My experience was "pain free" and finished in a timely manner. I was given the size of the units and what they reasonably could hold. The paperwork was handled smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was I was not given the opportunity to furnish my own locks. We now have all our belongings stored. The unit is very secure and the grounds are exceptionally clean.
