Called to confirm availability but the one on spare foot wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available anymore but they accommodated me with a larger one with an even better deal

I did everything on-line reserve unit, pay for unit and was able to move in without having to stop at the office for anything.

I am very pleased with public storage at the Montclair location, and the excellent condition and the excellent public storage service manager Elisa . I highly recommend this location because of its clean looking grounds and security cameras, secure lock for roll up door, you can add use your own lock, and after hours Security set up.i feel that my belongings will be safe keeping at this location.

Alisa was very accommodating and very helpful. She was so helpful in trying to make every possible effort to find a storage area that would be more convenient to my needs. Although not exactly successful, she took the initiative to do so, basically great customer service is a major plus for me.

Had all the answers I needed. Very professional and courteous with all my needs and wants.

The staff here are great. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dennis went out of his way to make sure that we had the right space . We thought we needed a much bigger space and Dennis was able to get us into a smaller one by properly packing our stuff in our storage. And buy doing so saving us money on our rent. Thanks again.

This facility is kept clean and safe and is well lit. Getting in and out of the facility and the parking lot is easy. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and willing to help.; even when I wasn't sure things were going to work for me, they were there with a plan. I would recommend this storage to family and friends alike!
