The manager and crew helped us out, took good care of us, and very friendly

While the facility was clean and adequate, the customer service was absolutely awful. Nobody was in the office (or any nearby office) at the time Public Storage had scheduled me to move in. It took over 2 hours to complete the move in process, including driving to another location and then back to the original location. Communication within the business NEEDS to be improved.

Delia made it so easy for me. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with my code, the easiest way to get to my storage unit and literally walked me through the entire process. It is close to home and that was my best reason to choose this Public Storage Facility and I am so glad I did. Thanks Delia

Delia was great and skilled at her job. The only drawback was the mandatory insurance, which is a rip-off and one of the gates wasn't working. I was pleased with the space and the service.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean building and our unit seemed new. Secure. Free cart rental to roll your belongings in and out without a hassle. A experience.

Delia is Wonderful ! She is a expert as a manager! When she greets you, she is always smiling and acknowledges others as they enter making sure they feel welcome too.She tells you that she'll be with you shortly, as she multitasks giving you eye contact not just saying it. I asked questions and she answered everything perfectly reassuring me my property is well protected and not to worry and that she sells all my packing/protection needs. She is a Wonderful face to represent the company with her exemplary skills and very knowledgeable of all the needs/questions people may have. The fact Delia gives you eye contact when she speaks to you it has a reassuring feeling. This is a wonderful and clean storage facility, and nice location and they make you feel like family. I definitely recommend this place ! (Ask for Delia)
