Ashlyn and Lauren are so hard working and kind. Lauren knew tenants by name, and cared for her property. I see them working hard, missing their meal times or delaying them for tenants. They deserve more support for staff, the location is hard to maintain- I understand and the work they put in is phenomenal. Please support them.

Lauren is by far the most polite and respectful towards others unlike another new employee which she was very rude & had an attitude. I hate to see niecy go & transfer on me to Redlands ?? but is long as there's people like you and or Lori it would be a pleasant experience every time ??

When I came in to rent my unit with my boys the employee Ashlyn was there to help us out. I needed a storage quick and she was very helpful, quick and friendly making the process easy...since I've been here the property manager Niecy has been just as helpful and friendly every time I come. She keeps the property clean and is always helpful and smiling with everyone I see her talk to.

I personally don't care for this storage facility to much trouble for me code to enter is fine but then u have someone or wth omfg hold the door open need to ask to open the restroom and they close to early. It's not for someone alone even with two people it is still difficult especially if your storage is in the back you still need someone to watch your car and things.
