Route 66 Self Storage of Pomona

I was greeted with a smile. I didn't pay close attention that the units were numbered crisscross, so I was trying to open the wrong one. I called the office, and they were very polite and offered to come assist. I realized what I'd done before they could come to help. The entire area is spotless and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I like route 66 storage very nice very clean very informative that had any questions my headphones to Rebecca she did a wonderful job she knows how to treat a customer right and she's the place looking clean but mostly it's her personality her character a smile that's what won me overme over

The rental unit I reserved was a part of a Christmas present (joke) that turned out to be a want. Great place, clean and safe.

I like the sign up process. it was on line with Spare Foot. The place is very clean and well maintained.

Online shows a 9x10 unit with drive up access available. When I checked in in-person, noticed the price difference and found out I was switched to a 10x9 indoor unit. I was told they only have 10x14 drive up units. I went ahead with unit anyway. In hindsight, I could have gone with a smaller and cheaper unit since it was indoors and not a drive up. Came in expecting one thing, but got something else instead. Maybe, next time, just call ahead and confirm everything.

Best storage Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had. The staff has always been incredibly kind, helpful, and inviting. Every question Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had about my unit has been answered in detail, every request Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve made has been met, and they have always made it a pleasure for me to visit the facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to get in and out and I feel certain my belonging are safe in my unit. Place is clean and paperwork is easy to get through. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve recommended this place to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Incredibly satisfied with everything at this facility.

I reserved the space online two days ago and came in the next to start loading the unit and got clear instructions of how to work the locks and go in and out the gate. Simple and easy.

This is the second time I have rented a unit from here. My first experience was wonderful and did not hesitate to return when I needed another unit.

I am in Utah and was looking for a Storage for my mom in California. I saw your company online so made a call to your store in Pomona. I spoke with a Vanessa Vargas who was very polite, informative, but most of made me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend this place to family and friends in California.

I have used this location for over a year. It is consistently clean, easy to access, feels secure. Staff is professional, easy to deal with and always helpful with any questions. I would recommend this location without hesitation.

I found route 66 Self Storage as I surfed on line.and was just surprised how excellent the whole process from the initial phone contact to the move in was.covet19 has peralized many businesses,but Self storage had gone above the bar to upgrade there on line rental process I'm cumputer illeterate but they made it so even I could and did rent a unit onnline thanks self storage

I had a unit reserved. I arrived during business hours with a U-Haul full of stuff. I had to return my U-Haul by 1 pm. No contact from this place. They said the power was out and could not he'll need. I said can you just look at my reservation on my phone and take down all of my credit card information and get me in the unit I reserved. She said no. WTF. How can people be do ingelpfum and rude. Do whatever it takes to make customers happy. I had to drive all over town add mikes and time to my U-Haul. Rediculos

Very good place to rent a storage

I love the set-up of the storage. It doesn't make you feel like you're in a maze unlike some of those older storage places I've tried before.

its a winner clean and easy to use

only thing is cant use wheeled carts after they close.

I didn't like the mandatory insurance, facility is nice and clean
