Frank the onsite manager was friendly and curious. No fuss no muss. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Only drawback is that I seem to have rented the farther unit from the entrance! Not a problem, the layout is easy to navigate, and security seems well set up.

Very helpful and great location, unit we rented actually had someones stuff in it so another unit was located and after new paperwork got moved in.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful and found a unit I needed even though I had already reserved a different unit. I got the unit I needed at the same price.

I was given 2 - 5X10 units when I was told I was gettng a 10x10 by your on line booking. the door latches have been damaged previously and both units where filthy. I was placed in units that it was next to impossible to get a large moving truck into and out of since they have what appears to be people living in the units and there is vehicles parked at the end of the units. I had a 10X20 unit and only paid 75 a month. It was clean , well secured and had a light in it. (NO LIGHTS HERE) I feel that your prices are far too high. The girls in this office are great...

I could not believe the value almost went to that other place you know the one PS so happy I didn't for same size unit i would be paying $60.00 a month lady told me come back later she was on lunch at 2 PM now a pay $9.85 a month. THANK YOU CubeSmart your the greatest
