I went to 2 facilities and at both places I was treated really well. Can't say enough about the staff and how courteous they were. Got what I was looking for and it has worked out great.

I'm really satisfied with public storage,it's in a convenient location and most of all I love the gate hours you have time to go before and after work,where as some others you can't get in before work and barely have enough time after work there clean and the staff is very polite.

The staff was extremely efficient and understanding of my particular situation. The made it easy for me to accomplish my storage needs.

Overall good experience, the lock was a ridiculous 21 dollars though. Which sent my supposedly 70 appx. dollar payment to over 100. Go get a lock at Walmart for WAY cheaper before getting a storage.

We find the employees to be very helpful, polite and prompt, a pleasure to deal with.

I am new to self-storage. I got my storage on a Wednesday and luckily I had not put many items in yet and most of them were casual every day items. On Saturday I received a call that my facility was one that had the bar that holds the lock on was cut. It was someone that had rented there or was the 2nd on a storage. I was lucky and they did not take anything, but at this time, I really don't feel comfortable putting anything of value in my storage.

Its a storage facility, its not like they're going to have a five star hotel room for you to put your old paperwork in. The staff was friendly and very useful in helping me find a good deal on any sales and specials they were having, recommended the proper amount of storage and explained, in simple detail, the rules of the complex and etc.

I just think public storage charges too much. I needed a small space to put my things and I end up paying around $50 per month which is outrageous. To top it off, it's not a fixed rate.

The girls are awesome. They are always so nice I never have any problems moving in or out.
