Anthony and Ron took care of me quickly and helped me through the process, showed me a storage room and got me settled in perfectly. I cannot recommend this facility enough.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I was met with the friendliest, kindest and most helpful people. The paperwork and sign up process was quick and the price was less than I expected. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was offered to use a moving truck to move in at no charge. My unit was swept and clean before I moved in. I am impressed at how clean this facility is maintained. The units are alarmed and the grounds are monitored. I feel confident in their security process. I cannot say enough about this storage place! The people that work here are so nice and helpful! The facility itself is pretty and super clean. We love this place so much its our second time being here! We tried other facilities and nothing compared! Were glad to be back!

This facility was easily accessible, extremely clean and met my immediate need. The csr was new-ish and took longer than expected on paperwork as well as I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get my 2nd month free because he told me it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available after speaking to someone on phone I had reserved a 5x10 with 2nd month free, that was frustrating. The staff was pleasant & helpful overall.

Customer service was great. I would say for a smaller unit it is kinda pricey but overall I am happy with the service here.

I LOVE THIS FACILITY! Its extremely clean, traffic is very minimal, onsite manager and the man working the front desk is so funny and makes the process quick and easy!

Easy breeze and convenient , price good

I booked the storage room online and received the agent call. She told me that they closed at 6 pm and she personally recommend me to come at 5 pm. However, When I arrived at the office it’s 5:30pm, I asked her if she could help for opening a storage. And she immediately rejected me and said “I told you come here at 5, but you come here now, it’s too late, we close at 6! Come here tomorrow morning!” I couldn’t believe she blamed me and gave such a rude response. I don’t know why it’s so hard for her to open a storage when she has nothing to do besides just lazily sitting there waiting 30 mins to close the office. The whole time she just showed an unwelcome and rude attitude to the customers and wouldn’t help anyone. Very rude and unprofessional.

Easy breezy move in process with mgr

For starter the online reservation was simple straight to the point.I was greeted with a friendly,professional,safe welcome .The facility was clean, secure and easy to access. I was offered use of there moving truck at no cost. The paperwork was hassle free and took less than 20 min. I did price comparisons on other facilities and the service and price was unmatched. Last minute I had new owner at my pervious storage with new ridiculous hours had to move fast they made it a breeze thank you and I got better price then I was paying with much worse security. I'm so impressed by the whole place.

I like that staff keep an eye out for suspicious activity. The only down side is the age of this facility although well maintained. Superior Storage is one of only three facilities in the Rosemont/Rancho Cordova area that has gate access later than 7pm. Of the three, one has no vacancy. Overall, I have no complaint at this time.

The place is clean and the service was excellent. The only complaint i would have at all is that a couple of the security cameras were not working. That isnt a big deal though as there were enough to make up for the ones that didnt work.

I needed a storage and a truck on the same day without notice. I called superior storage and spoke with a friendly representative that helps me out with everything I needed. everything went smooth I got my storage, used their truck and moved right in. Same day! Price was good. All around great place!

Easy paperwork, great price and clean facility

I needed a place to store all my sporting goods and camping equipment. I rented a 5x7 which ended up being just right as there was a lot of overhead height that I wasn't expecting. The people in the office were great and made sure I understood everything about having a storage unit since this was my first time

When I got there, with my loaded to the max uhaul, they did not have my reservation. Even though an even though an employee's had called and confirmed the week before. But they did honor the price and set me up with a unit. The employee was fairly new, so I think that may have had something to do with it. She was very nice, but easily flustered. All in all they provided a great unit and friendly service!!

I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating at every step of the way. Being able to use their moving truck was a godsend!

They did not have the unit size I chose online, so they called and honored the rate with a unit that is twice as long! Also, because the free truck available to new customers wasn't returned in time for us to use it, they gave me the first month half off - which offset the cost of renting a truck somewhere else. GREAT SERVICE, CLEAN, SAFE!

I tried renting here and went to office few times. The sign is always up, no one is in the office. Tried calling but always goes to voicemail. How does this place make business when no one is in office as I tried renting numerous times but office is always closed. Tenants here say they hardly see the manager and the place is owned by Spiegal Development in Woodland Hills, CA.

when I first sign up to rent from this facility, I was under the impression I had sign everything and would be ready to move with the use of the truck, time came and it was the worse day ever. was not able to use truck, and I had to use uhaul and pay for it. I was informed by the manager at superior that they would reimburse me or give me credit. well, we will see if I stay the month or not. when you arrange for friends to help and have to wait for the storage unit managers to open pick up a truck that's alot of wasted time.. so my 1st real experience was not good.

Thank you so much Superior storage is a wonderful company. The family that runs it is on-site so less likely to have security problems and if an after-hours problem arises they are right there. The paperwork and establishing the unit was a breeze. All the people I have talked to on the phone or met have been very helpful and accommodating. The key things about this facility: safe, secure, truck use to move items into or out of unit, use of push cart and very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making a hectic situation, much easier and less stressful.

This is the cleanest place I have ever stored my belongings at. The security is top notch, The staff works very hard to make sure all my needs were met.The free moving truck saverd me lots of money when moving in. It cant be beat.
