Moving in was easy! I had everything I needed to move quickly and didnt have to wait on someone. I reserved my unit that morning and was moving in within the hour.

Great storage facility, kept very clean, and the manager, "Christina", is very helpful and professional! This is a great place to store your items and access is very easy.

The Rancho Cucamonga PS on Arrow Highway is well maintained and clean. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Prices seem fair too!

Where do I even begin... if I could give this place negative stars I would. First the unnecessary questions upon move in about what kind of items we will be storing in our unit! Uh what does that even matter to you what will be in our unit? Second the lies about them calling us and leaving us messages to confirm our reservation... never a missed call or voicemail! So anyways we showed up on Wednesday May 1st at 2:30pm to move in two loads of stuff and we were out by no later than 3:30pm. Cool everything seemed fine! Nope showed up Thursday May 2nd at 3pm went in to leave my ID to borrow a cart and the woman in the office who wasn't the one who helped us the day before said oh yeah you just moved in yesterday... uh yeah that was weird, how do you know, just got a really strange feeling after that, then head to our unit to find our it had been broken into and burglarized. We immediately go back to the office where Christina didn't seem at all surprised that our unit had been broken into. Was no help what so ever and couldn't do anything to help us because EVERYTHING was against policy. We immediately called the police and had an officer come out and take a report, finger print and check the cameras since it had been less than 24 hours! Also just so everyone is aware there are only cameras on the outside of the buildings and they are only motion activated by cars so they don't record 24/7 so basically are worthless. We took the load of stuff we were going to drop off back home and went back the same night to empty our unit. This location does not have any cares about their customers or their belongings. Before we left the location we did a quick walk through because we were told they employees walk through the facility several times a day and just in our area we counted 11 other units that clearly had damage from burglary. This place is awful and I would not store anything there.

Not sure yet this is my first experience with public storage....... So far so good....

I've rented a unit form Public Storage/Rancho Cucamonga on two occasions. Each time the customer service has been stellar. Shout out to Christina! The units are clean and well maintained. I didn't even look around the second time for a better place to store my things!

Sharon and Christine really made my experience enjoyable. They were very warm and welcoming. I was able to really speak to sharon and she just made me feel comfortable. No reservations at all.

The process was flawless and professional. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Lily. Lily, greeted me with a smile, made me feel absolutely comfortable while she showed me my unit and assisted me with an upgraded unit that would reassured me the right amount of space I needed. Clean and well organized facilities. Safe and secure storage. Christina was an excellent branch manager that made my check-in simple and fast. She took her time to explain to me all the features and answers all my concerns. Great experience.

I am not worried about my possessions. I do not have to visit my storage unit and try to ignore the sound of a wood embellishing saw of some kind being used by the customer across from my unit. (She runs a furniture redesigning business in her space.) Clean, organized, safe and in the business of personal storage, and that's all. Bet I don't get a lock compromised and a pair of my shoes stolen here!

Although a little pricey for the size (5×10), I'm happy with the service I received from Christina. Both knowledgeable and helpful.
