I have a reservation for $57 and when I call and confirm they told me that reservation didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t show that price in their system and they have to charge me $114 a month even I show them the email with the price of $57

Great location and friendly staff

I have received price increases every 6-to 9 months. My last increase was 30%. I have talked with them but they just brushed me off… very disappointing. My next storage place will be with an annual agreement, not month to month which leave me too vulnerable.

Overall smooth process. Much be in very time efficient.

This facility is well kept, lighted, and very spacious. Everything is easy to find, (office, carts to rent, etc) The staff is kind and very helpful. When I forgot to pay my bill the manager called me and reminded me my payment was not received so I was able to still pay that bill on time so it was never late. A big deal to people trying to bump their credit score!! I had a wonderful experience renting here, and would definitely rent from this facility in the future. I will be recommending this facility to my friends and colleagues., Thank you for your services. My only concern was during COVID they started closing down around 3 pm and I was not able to access my storage after that time. It was right before I got off work so i ended up not being able to access my storage for like a month due to my work schedule I got off after 3pm everyday. I hope they are back on to regular operating hours.

The day I called to get information, they were able to schedule me in to show me around a the sizes of units available. Since I was unable to move stuff in that day, they Accommodate me to a different day. When that date came around, they treated me well. The process was easy and quick. Highly recommend it.

I did not like that I was forced to buy a lock on the spot. I already own two locks for storage units. You could have left your own lock on there for me to return with my own later.

Reserved day before and went in day after, was helped right away and was provided excellent customer service. Went over all detailes quickly and answered all our questions.

Heather was wonderful. I was making all the arrangement from out of state. I didn't know what I would need. She kept communication and gave me options, she called to check on me and how things were going, and when I met her, she was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. It was alot to move a household in one day. I was glad that I chose this storage because I had called a few others before I talked to Heather. She was understanding and helpful and that is what I needed.

They make booking easy and can accommodate you if you need to reschedule. The facility is extremely clean the units are nice. To top it off the staff is great!

These ladies went out of their way to look for a specific unit and went above and beyond to look for the best price for me and succeeded!! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Jasmine was our first contact. She was very helpful in choosing the right size. When we go to our storage unit we always look for her car so we can say hi. This facility is across the street from a plant that makes the air smell like vinegar. At first this was a concern but nothing in the storage units smelled like it. All was fine. It was because of the staff that we decided that this was the place for us. We also visited other storage facilities and even another public storage closer to us, but this particular one won us over because of it's staff.
