The staff that assistend me as I first rented my unit was rather rude. Instead of showing us the facilility and the unit we were interested in renting, he began the paperwork which took over 35 minutes while I just stood there and waited. Once the paperwork was all done, he then told us he could take us to the unit which we had already rented. My husband and I then went to put our lock on the unit only to realize that the lightbulb inside of it was burnt out. We had to go back to the office and ask them to change it. We would have to wait, but had other things to do, so we had to leave our unit without a lock on it so maintenance could fix it. It wasn't till the following day that we were able to out.ock on our unit and begin using it.
