Pros: Great reservation, initial check in process and customer service all went smoothly. Price was amazing! The location felt safe and secure ﾃｰﾅｸﾂ､ﾂｩﾃｰﾅｸ窶伉催ｰﾅｸﾂ渉ｻ Cons: Hallways are a bit odd.. slightly narrow, carpeting a bit lumpy in spots and hallways are not straight from one section to the next. Overall happy though so far ﾃｰﾅｸﾋ懌\ｰ

I've been using storage facilitys for years, in my opinion the staff was friendly and helpfull, the facility is what it should be, everything worked, from the doors, the elivator, the push carts, the front gate. The price was fair, as I did compair pricing. The location is good and and easy to get to. Its a good place to store your things.

the price advertise said $1 for the first month nm you got half of the first month when asked why they gave me some Bologna story.

So this is a storage facility, not the Hyatt Regency. Having said that, my check-in experience was hit and miss. I had been told I could let my movers start moving my stuff in while I did paperwork (I had gone a few days earlier to do it, and was told I had to wait until moving day.) Okay. So I verified that I would not have to stand there filling out paperwork while paying movers $114 to sit in their truck. That's not what happened, so I ended up paying more for my move than I had budgeted. Then I found out I needed to bring my own lock, which I wasn't told ahead of time and did not know about. Conveniently, they happen to sell them there. The employee I worked with was very nice and helpful, and sympathetic to my lost time and money, and called me later to reach a resolution. He was new, and I do feel that he did his best. It's just frustrating to be told one thing and then have something different happen, on Moving Day, when you are already tired and stressed. Having said all this, the prices are reasonable considering it's a place to store your junk!
