All staff were extremely helpful, and the facility was superb.

Lovely facility out of the dust/wind tunnel. Friendly, clean and up to date.

I was in an unfortunate situation. And needed to a storage unit fast. Public Storage of Rancho Mirage had what I was looking for an I moved into the storage the next day. Fast, friendly service at reasonable prices. Thank you for having available what I needed.

Alma, the on-site manager, made the process of renting the storage unit so very easy. Plus she has a super positive personality. She explained everything very well and gave plenty of time for decision making. The unit was clean. The store area was clean and tidy with plenty of boxes and supplies. A very well maintained storage facility.

From the moment you step inside the office, you are treated like an important customer, not just a number. Attention to detail is given on all aspects of your rental appointment, from a walk through your storage unit to making sure customer can access entry gate without any trouble. Location is very convenient and right off Hwy 111. Security is top notch! Highly recommend!

The property manager was magnificent. Bent over backwards to fix the mistake that the call center had created. I specifically asked for a large air condition container and they told me that what I was reserving was air-conditioned. However when I got there I was told it was not. Your property manager did everything in his power to resolve the issue and we did

A perfekt place for my many framed serigraph pieces. A/C for protecting the substrate. Easy access for pulling out pieces when needed. Staff was super.

Very professional, clean and the facility appears to be free of shady characters (I.e., free of the appearance that people are living in the units and/or conducting illegal activities within the storage units). I am glad to have found a place where my personal property appears to be safe.

The place is super clean, safe and a good value. The staff was nice and thorough too.

Great---Manager (Steve) at the Rancho Mirage location was very courteous and professional....Unit was clean, as was the entire facility... Got bigger unit than I actually needed, but was on a special price deal, so I made out well.... Overall was a very pleasant experience.... I do think that the mandatory insurance charge should be noted on the website, so that there are no surprises to your cost when you check in...Not a big deal since everyone should probably have the insurance anyway, and the cost was not exorbitant....

Wonderful customer service. If you are looking for a storage space near Palm Desert or Rancho Mirage - look no further. They are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. And it was service with a smile and actually a few laughs. Definitely use this location if you need a company that believes customer service is priority.

This was an excellent experience for me! I made an inquiry over the internet after searching through all the available storage companies in the immediate area; within 10 minutes I received a phone call from the manager of the facility. Thirty minutes later, I had gone to the facility, gotten a tour, completed the minimal paperwork, paid for by new unit, and got my keys.

Storage facilities just don't get any better than this one. It's the best of the best !!

Steve is a classic customer service associate! I have had numerous experiences with him and he has always been customer service oriented.
