Jill was the representative and she was wonderful, informative and patient. The units are easy to find and I felt safe driving into neighborhood. My unit was clean, no smells, no indication of water leaks and easy to find unit inside compound. The application process could be a little easier to complete as it was not clear what the online application was asking for, at least for me. Jill patiently walked me through it several times until I got it right. New customer invitation pricing is great price. After that, Westside Storage is completive in monthly rent. Best part is, there is no lease! Month by month rentals. Rent at Westside Storage in Redding! You won't be disappointed!
