Public Storage - Belmont - 333 ONeill Ave

I just started using Public Storage and Stephanie was a tremendous help getting me started. I was able to load my items into the unit and sofar everything is going great.

Stephanie is great . Could not ask for better service . She was informative and very friendly.

Had to book a parking space for a work vehicle last minute and they were very helpful and genuinely happy to help with any questions I had. I have worked with many different storage facilities personally and through work and will not go anywhere else!

Compared to the other storage facilities in the immediate area, PS is no nonsense. Everything is included and up front. No bait and switch, and they were ready for me completely.

Five star but can trim the weeds back a little

I was able to reserve a 5' by 10' unit and move in within the same week. The unit was clean and sealed upon arrival with a lock provided inside the unit (for an additional charge). Public Storage made the process smooth and easy.

The Pandemic of 2020 wreaked havoc of both my professional and personal stability. My company initially closed temporarily that eventually became a permanent closure. Soon after this loss, my living situation required downsizing considerably. These circumstances required the storage of my cherished and prized possessions. I have rented two units from Public Storage at different times in this pandemic and as a long time business owner, I am keen on both top tier customer service and practiced professionalism. The staff at the two different Public Storage facilities made me still feel worthy during these tough times by demonstrating compassion and concern by providing a smooth transition into a new "normal". Thank you for your business model practiced throughout your organization.

As expected, good service. I've used Public Storage several times and I never had issues. Always been helpful and friendly.

The facility bis clean, the price was great but most of allbthe customer service ws AWESOME..I would recommend this facility for byour storage needs. Ibwas actually in need of a storage space for a vehicle . The employees made a great choice in the space for me which turned out to be what I was expecting to get. She was VERY helpful on that aspect which made the experience all the more worthwhile.

The office is clean and modern. Parking lot is large and clean. Building looks new and clean. Customer service was excellent! Price was great for the Bay Area. Easy access.

The place is great, very secure, and the personnel very nice. There should not be, however, any problems with the elevators. I shouldn't have to tweak it so I can use it. Instructions are put in the code, rush on to the elevator, and wait for the door to close before pushing the floor level button, but if you don't let the door shut, and there's beeping, you have to get out of the elevator and do it all over again.

Because since the first day I rented my unit Stephanie has gone above and beyond the call of duty and been very helpful , professional and friendly , from calling me to remind me about my rent because I am often working out of town and only see my mail once a every two weeks to being able to answer any of my questions , she is very personable and always a pleasure to deal with

Last minute! I called around looking for a storage all morning with a specific size and specific location at a reasonable price and this place was just a blessing. Ashley helped me and she was amazing. Ashley made the whole process very easy showed me the storage first and took care of me right after. Just an overall amazing experience, the whole staff there was great and they definitely keep this area clean. There is a manager on site in case of emergency, cameras and we'll lit at night. Thank you to the staff especially Ashley who helped me you all were great!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Public Storage site that I go to. The staff have been extraordinarily helpful and the facility is very well maintained.

Getting a storage unit was quick and easy. The reps were super nice and welcoming. This is my favorite location of all public storages.

This is my first experience with Public Storage and so far it has been stellar. The fellow that checked me in was named Chris at the Belmont, CA location. PS should be proud to have a person of Chris' caliber working for them. His customer service was outstanding, in fact he should teach others the art of engaging customers. Fantastic He couldn't have been more helpful, professional or cheerful. He showed me the unit and explained all of the nuances involved. All in all it was a pleasant experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I have only been renting the unit for a couple of days.
