Although getting things sorted out, due to my underestimating the space I needed, was a little sticky everything worked out just fine in the end thanks to Maribel(?) the on site manager.

I was able to get my storage in less than 15 minutes. The person who helped me (Natasha) was knowledgeable, fast, efficient, courteous and seemed to really enjoy the job. The storage facility is very clean, both inside and out. Great experience and reasonable prices too.

Had a mix up and went to the wrong location, but Maribeth, the property manager in Redwood City, was able to accommodate me. She found me a better deal than I had been offered online ($100 better), and had me in and out within 20 minutes. Storage space was clean and perfect for my needs. Great experience!

Great place: competitive prices with monthly specials you can't beat; private, off-the-beaten-path location, clean, awesome gate hours compared to everyone else in town; very knowledgeable, really helpful, super nice manager that is always accommodating & willing to work with whatever my needs; offers lots of options for managing account and payments. It all starts with the office that smells so good right as you walk in ?? I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of personal storage space. You won't regret using this Public Storage facility!

We have been a customer of Public Storage -Oddstad for over 1.5 years. Mari Beth and her team are always willing to go the extra mile for us- which makes our lives much easier. I moved from another storage facility located 30 min. away so my stuff could be closer to me (having moved.) I like that it has automatic gates and many units on the first floor (major plus). The folks are nice and helpful. Issues I have: - I had to use (and purchase) their unique (and non-reusable) lock. - I don't have an option to add a 2nd lock for extra security. - I have to worry about dust/dirt/possibly moisture blowing in as there is a gap at the bottom of the door. - They provided me with a plastic sheet to help with above - but then charged me for it (I have tons of tarps) which left me with a bad taste to start - even if it was only $7 or so. - I don't mind having to punch a code to get in, but it would be nice (especially on rainy days) if I didn't have to get out of the car to punch it in to exit (the keypads require us to get out of the car.) Overall, it's a storage unit in a good location and a very reasonable price. Nothing fancy, it does the job (really, what more can I ask?)

The property manager here is a super nice guy; this is my second time renting at this location and I couldn't be happier.
