I got a good deal on a large unit with easy access from sparefoot. I don't know about the customer service as I have yet to see or meet anyone that works there.

Even though we had no interaction with anyone on site. We were able to find our unit enter and fill and lock up quite easily. Love that it's all single story and drive up.

This is the second time I have used the storage facilities of Public Storage - and it is the second time because my experience with PS has been excellent. Good people, well maintained facility, helpful when needed.

I reserved a unit online and immediately received a confirmation call from the onsite manager. He provided all the details I needed and answered all of my questions. At my in-person check-in he was very professional and friendly. The storage unit was clean and dry. The facility is secure and conveniently located. Thank you Public Storage!

As a repeat customer, I love the streamlined, simple to reserve web interface and the electronic contract at day of move in. Everything was simply and easily explained, security on site has been enhanced and customer service was excellent. I looked at other storage locations but this one met our needs the best.

Ashley was fantastic! She knew her job, she was resourceful, polite, professional and thorough. Public Storage is lucky to have an employee like Ashley and I was lucky to have her help Friday night. She even offered to stay late if we needed a little extra time to resolve the situation! Wow, Ashley will be successful in whatever she chooses to do in life!

I have occasion to rent storage space frequently on a short term basis. I have rented units at many different facilities and have found that this particular location has consistently provided a high level of excellence. The property is clean, well lit and secure, thanks to property manager Chris - who is a real pro. I will rent from them again and recommend this property highly!

Was treated kindly and informed of all necessary things to do. I had never used a storage unit and Leslee was kind enough to explain all the details I would need to know. Friendly and helpful. I ordered online and it was quite quick and easy to fill out the paperwork. I got a call a week later to make sure I had settled in my things. It made me feel like the business was looking out for me. A Will use same location again if needed. :)

Impressed with prices and that everything is a drive up unit

Location is good, the manager is very friendly and helpful, area is clean. no lighting at night - or not enough lighting and mostly they raised the prices over 10% January 1st with no warning and no reason
