Good check in service and attention to customer during check in process. BUT they are totally inflexible when it comes to changing/modifying AFTER, even if you notify WITHIN 24 hours. I tried to get a different (more expensive) unit, for a longer rental period and they “couldn’t revise the contract without a paying penalty — even within 24 hours.” That is sad and counter productive. Businesses that are not flexible will not survive. It was disappointing and left a sour taste on the whole process. Other than that, excellent location, space. Not entirely sure i would recommend unless they demonstrate some kind of attempt to rectify.

If I had known I had to leave my license to drag carts back and forth every time I never would have signed up. Great place in every other way, great people and facility and pricing. The cart thing sucks!

The rental set up and the lock sale went fine. No problem obtaining the company trolleys. I had some issues calling to say my renter's insurance will cover my storage. I did not feel the person who answered was very understanding and a little rude.

I love my storage space and drive up convenience, although pricey. Would like a second one on ground outside level, but don't need one quite so big. seems you only have the larger sizes. I am a bit alarmed at how many times I have come to the open gate when it is not locked and there is no attendant in the office. It appears to be in flux - remodel? or relocation. Had to come 3 different times to pay my next two months - attendant not in temp office - waited 45 min one time. Other people also waiting for long periods with me. I hope all of this is temporary. The office staff have previously been very responsive. I love my space!

I have been with Public Storage for a number of years. I have not had any problems with the staff nor the unit.

Good service and explains very well regarding payment,insurance and time you are allowed to move your stuff.

Easy to create an online account and reservation. Great location, clean well kept property, very friendly and helpful staff!!

Went to the storage facility on 2-26-18 at about 6:30 am. I tried to log into the gate and the gate wouldn't open as someone apparently tried to mess with the system. I called the 800 number and they were no help. I had driven 2 1/2 hours and was frustrated. A young man was able to hop the fence and log out of the compound so we could drive in. Very frustrated.

Renee was fabulous, I needed a space within 2 days and we found a great solution.

Only been using this unit for about two weeks, but the staff is amazing. They kept in touch with me when rates dropped before I signed a unit lease. They are always helpful when I go in. The facility is super clean, and climate controlled, which was huge for me. I'd highly recommend this storage building.

While I liked the facility and the people the corporate policies on moving from one space to another and not getting the lowest price or having to pay admin fees again was disappointing. That kind of stuff leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Not sure I would use you again.

Anytime I need the use of extra storage space I've always used Public Storage. I trust the security it brings me. The hours are different depending on location, which can take some getting use to. I believe they should all stay open until at least 9pm. Some of us work late hrs & need more time. Meanwhile the cleanliness & efficient service surpasses any doubt. I will always use & recommend Public Storage. Thank you Irene
