After 6 calls and run around, RWC place openned 3 1/2 hours late (12:30pm) . Once someone showed up from SJ office, it was all handled well.

Lots of carts - two very large open-air loading docks - good lighting - full-width opening of the units. Much better than my previous Public Storage unit.
