Had an amazing customer service experience here when I rented my storage unit! Great team, fast service, and very friendly.

So far i'm extremely satisfied with CSI storage. Firstly, they're the only facility in my area that offers free transport of your belongings to the facility which was a huge selling point for me because I was struggling to come up with arrangements to get my things there. Secondly, they were extremely accommodating when I had a last-minute schedule change that affected my move in date. Customer service was excellent and scheduling of move-in date was easy and available within a few days. Very easy process.

Lobby looked immaculate and staff was very friendly. the layout is simple and easy to find your way. wish the hours were longer but over all good place.

I really prefer an outdoor drive up storage where I can organize and sort my belongings without being in anyone's way. The lot is spacious and somewhat private and out of the way so i don't feel pressured by staff or guests when I'm getting things out of my storage. It was extremely clean and I even had extra space!

When I made the reservation over the phone, the guy who helped me entered the wrong date but the lady from the office who called me to confirm the reservation was very helpful and changed the date on the spot. When I got there she was very attentive and helped me right away due to the dact I was in a hurry and with so little time.

This is actually the fourth time I've used CSI to store things for a client. Convenient and useful service. The free move in truck with two guys to move things in was the deciding factor.

These guys (gals) were really helpful. I needed door to be a certain size and they went out an measured it for me. I lost a metal bracket for the lock, they gave me one. I was able to set my payments to automatic deduct. The location is decent, and the space is safe and clean. Rows are a bit narrow so if someone is parked, it is difficult to get by (have to go around) but this is my only complaint. Lowest prices between the 5 storage in the area. The company SpareFoot is a great rep for the company.

Harvey was very pleasant and helpful as far as paperwork and setting up my contract. Jose showed me a number of storages before I made my choice and was very knowledgeable and even let me look at the storage spaces an extra time to make sure I picked the right one. The movers were also wonderful and did such a good job making sure nothing broke and everything went into the space in an orderly fashion. I am all around happy with my experience so far and would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an easy move into a storage facility.

CSI Storage is a pretty good value, but is just a bit out of the way for the bulk of my clients. The container I got was really clean. Note: you will need two locks for the majority of the containers at this storage.

Yes, I went by on Sat. and signed the paperwork. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was very helpful showing me the unit and told me about locking it. Perhaps it would be good to have some maps, as I found it hard to find my way out of the property when I was leaving from dropping off my things on Sun.?

Just got this storage. Excellent customer service, good value for your money. Clean and reachable, close to freeway. Was looking for short term storage, but I can keep it longer. They provide a free one time pickup, and have a restroom on site. They give directions to future clients, and current clients who need help getting there. Great attitude combined with excellent customer service.

You really can't find a better value. Not only was my storage unit the cheapest I could find but I also got 50% off the first two months rent. If that wasn't enough...they sent 3 guys with a moving truck that moved ALL my stuff from my old house and into the storage unit. I didn't have to pay movers, not did I have to rent a truck and find help lifting heavy furniture. Great deal.

They were very good at accommodating my needs in terms of move-in time, move-in date, amount of storage I needed, as well as providing movers to help me with my futon and mattress. Harvey was awesome!

I was in a bind last minute and needed a storage unit quickly. CSI Mini Storage was cheaper than the competitors and offered free move in service, which was a godsend. When I went to sign the paperwork, the man working at the front desk told me that he thought I could use a smaller storage unit for the amount of stuff that I had. He was totally right! Best price on N Bay Area Live in Marin, so it is just across the bridge. Easier then going to Novato. Clean, secure, easy access, nice manager. Highly recommended

They were ale to show me the unit before I moved in, and she explained everything clearly. I was really pleased with my experience and would happily recommend CSI to any of my friends or family. Looked around for my first storage unit in the East Bay and found CSI Mini Storage to have the best rates, with good sized units and a convenient moving service. Harvey, Jose, and the rest of the local crew were all very helpful and friendly and the paperwork did not take much time at all. They provide a standard 50% off the first two months with any unit rented with a free moving service within 40 miles of their location from a residence, with two appointment times of 9am or 1pm every day of the week, though availability for time slots is on a first come first serve basis. They also prorated the end of the month as I moved in during the last few days, which I really appreciated. Agree with all the previous reviews for this place, I definitely have no regrets taking my business to CSI Mini Storage, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good storage unit in the East Bay.

We did some shopping around and are very happy to have found CSI. The prices are better than the competition and customer service is friendly and helpful.On top of that the 50% off the first 2 months and free moving can't be beat. The movers were fantastic - they worked quickly yet carefully and did a great job of fitting all our items into an 8x8 space with room to spare.

Two strong and friendly guys arrived at my place in Novato with a big truck after calling to make sure I was ready 30 mins. previous. I made sure to have everything neatly organized and ready to put in the truck. The only thing was that my bed wouldn't come apart. They generously helped me with that, even though their policy states that it will not happen. This free truck with movers was part of the deal - my storage space at $60 a mo. for an 8 ' x 5' and 50% off the first two months. These extras were so far above the other places I called, it is astounding. The people at the other places did not seem as together, respectful, or interested in my business. Poo-poo on them and YAY for CSI Mini Storage!

Although I was moving from one storage to the next CSI do not provide moving help storage to storage moving...Therefore Over all experience was good they gave me 50% off two months their rates are great! So far so good...

Had some trouble moving in. I was told there were vacancies, loaded my truck, then upon arriving was told they had nothing and wouldn't for over two weeks. I registered online to reserve a space a few days later and was told immediately they had one. Very frustrating

We're thoroughly impressed with CSI Mini Storage. Three nice movers came and packed our belongings into the truck in about 30 minutes (for a 1 bedroom apt) and unpacked it into the storage unit in another 30 minutes - incredibly fast. And it's a bargain, given the 50% off two months, the low monthly fee, and lack of additional hidden fees - not bad!

I had a great experience with CSI storage. All of the people I met and/or dealt with were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The site and the office were both clean, organized and the grounds seemed very secure. I think the pricing is very fair and most importantly, I left feeling that all the items I left in storage are safe and secure and protected from the elements and any other type of damage. That is a great feeling!

Overall positive. They were very helpful in helping me move. Very friendly and positive. The only complaint is that the advertised price of $60/mo was not honored for the unit. Instead, I was charged $70 despite showing my confirmation email for $60/mo.

Everything about my experience with CSI was awesome. The guys there are so sweet and helpful. They had a great move in special, affordable rates, a secure locked facility, and not only a truck to use to move your things, but people to pick it all up, load it and unload it into your storage space for you. Amazing! There was a good vibe in the office, very friendly and professional and the movers were really warm and helpful. They were flexible and responsive. Moving can be hard and stressful, and it is so nice to have this kind of cooperation when you need it most. I highly recommend this storage place.

I was looking for a less expensive storage and I was given CSI name by my former storage place as a place a little less expensive to my surprise! I called and they came and moved me from my old place to my new place and 1/2 off my monthly rent..Praise Jesus!

Let's face it - all storage is expensive. But their containers are a good size, lifted off the ground (less chance for moisture to leach through from the pavement into the container) and the truck to pick up and move was right on time. The people are friendly and helpful, the location is easy to get to. What more can I say?
