As a college student spare food made it quick, easy, and affordable to move in! The staff is kind, the facilities are safe and secure and the units themselves are a great size for the price. I appreciated the courteous service at the front desk. Checking in and moving in starting on literally one day notice was great! The unit was spacious and convenient to my other much older unit. There is a connecting hallway conveniently giving me access to a moving cart. Great experience. Thank you.

Everything was fine until move in date when they dip and dodged me all day after I scheduled the free moving truck. Never received a phone call explaining why they randomly shut down from 12pm-6pm or apologized for the unconvinced they caused. So I had to rent my own moving truck and find my own unit. Two days after they sent me a late fee because I did not pay my move in balance. What a joke. If Trisha isn't working, you minus well leave and come back another time.

Impressed with the cleanliness, and that the unit looked tight, no gaps for rodents. Absolutely needed to be ground level. Much better value than in Marin where I live.

Very high price for a small, 5X5. I was quoted $50 on the phone, and even though I followed the directive on the website to ask about the web special, the young woman who answered to phone gave me no response to my query about the web special. Instead, she just said, in voice hard to hear, sounding like a little girl, "$50 a month. Does that work for you?" No, it doesn't work for me. I previously had a slightly larger unit in Tempe, AZ, part of the Phoenix metro, also with urban pricing, for $28 a month. Also, this young lady made a very poor impression on answering the phone. That barely audible little girl voice does nothing to instill confidence or create a sense of customer service. What gives? I won't be doing business with this company, based largely on the poor phone answering and the price.

Point Richmond Self Storage is a very clean, new facility with very friendly, accommodating staff. I found the prices to be very competitive, hours of accessibility are great.
