Great customer service! Storage units are not all the same. My company needed a bigger storage unit and Luciana at PS on Pierce Street in Richmond, CA was great. She explained everything quickly and clearly and offered some great suggestions about the unit.

The two ladies who helped me were incredibly nice and accomodating. The facility is pretty clean and the overall experience was great.

Pricing has a hidden monthly insurance add-on of $11 dollars minimum. Unless your insurance also covers properties outside your house, you're required to pay that amount EACH MONTH.

When u tell customers it's $25 for first month that should include things like insurance certificate etc., Instead of finding out upon arrival. Other than that customer service great at location, but hidden fees just annoy folks tbh. Jeffrey Mann
