The customer service is wonderful. Shasta had a smile on her face from the time I walked into the office. She was genuine and helpful and offered to get help from the district mgr for me when I had a problem getting into my unit, even though his next scheduled time there would not be for another several days. The manager was also extremely accommodating by rearranging his schedule for me. Good customer service is rare and it was a pleasure interacting with these people. The facility is clean and easily accessed.
