My process from finding a space to showing up and gaining access was seamless. Constance was incredible! She was so helpful getting me set up and being available for questions. I was so impressed with her and would definitely recommend this location given the experience I had with her.

I have had two units with Public Storage - one in Richmond, CA and the other in Santa Rosa, CA. I have been pleased with both units so far. I got the Richmond unit at the beginning of my planned move to Santa Rosa, CA and moved from there to Santa Rosa within 4-5 weeks. The staffs at both units have been friendly and helpful. I am pleased so far with my Public Storage experience.

Girl, those ladies know their stuff, you tell them what you have and they have they will tell you what size to get. If you want a smaller size they will show you both and don't say a word we they are right. No way would I have got my stuff in that small space, they also will find a discount that you didn't find online. Nice young ladies and they are always cleaning. Website would not let me pick a rating, anyway 5 star for me.
