The area is clean and affordable

I have a storage unit at this facility and have for over a year. Twice I have visited the storage unit and there has been no employees at the front desk during business hours. Nor was there a sign placed in the window to indicate they would be back. The last time this happened I left my phone in the unit and was unable to access the unit. But since staff left the facility early no one was able to assist me with entering the unit floor. The price seems reasonable compared to other units but the lack of customer service is not worth the dollars you think you save. Plus the prices keep increasing.

We paid $213 for a 10' x 10' storage unit. We didn't know until we arrived that smaller units do not have lighting inside and were advised to bring flashlights. There are carts for use, but you have to go into the front office, give your driver's license or other form of ID that is held until you return the cart. Carts are on the upper (3rd) floor. Entry door for accessing all units is on the ground floor. There are two elevators. Make sure you read the directions on how to access the elevator; it's a five-step process. The manager is great: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I gave 'pricing' two stars because there should be lighting inside EVERY unit, not just the more expensive units.

It was very smooth movement and I was informed of all the policies, procedures at the right time. Only, problem was reaching to main office from the storage was little difficult.

The folks on the phone seemed very nice and professional. Ultimately I found another storage place that had a unit that was more accessible and cheaper.

One cart is NOT enough. My space is in a dark corner that needs more light. Otherwise it's fine. People are great.

Great staff and clean facility. It would be perfect if they could adjust the store hours and open at 8 am or earlier. Overall this Public Storage is doing great.

My husband just passed and I found myself having to move, I wasn't having a good day by a long shot. I walked into the store on Dam Road and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcoming atmosphere that I received from the young lady who said she was the Manager of the store. This young lady was personable, extremely knowledgeable, a young lady with a sense of humor. Mind you that this young lady didn't know what I was going through nevertheless she treated me like family. She even helped me take all the items that I purchased to my car. It was extremely refreshing a true pleasure interacting with this young lady. I'm telling all my family about her in hopes to throw business her way. So please keep her you would be crazy to do anything less.

Overall I've had a very good experience. One significant hiccup was that the initial online quote I received for my reservation increased by $5 dollars on the day I went into the facility to secure the unit. This led me to pause the process for a bit as I decided whether to continue. Ultimately I chose to overlook this issue and continue with my reservation as the cleanliness and security of the building took precedence.

SHARMIKA & SHERRY are the best workers at this facility. They deserve a SECURITY guard on duty. They're soooo HELPFUL, PLEASANT & just GREAT PEOPLE who do their jobs WELL. They actually take PRIDE in what they do. If I could rate them 10 STARS I would, they took great care of my MOTHER & I truly APPRECIATE their help. I miss JESSICA she's also a GREAT MANAGER & JORDON was AWESOME as a DISTRICT MANAGER. JESSICA is at a NEW LOCATION but she should've been the NEW DISTRICT MANAGER. I feel like IRIS could've done MORE for my mother than she did.

I have used multiple public storage's and have dealt with many of there employees, but I have to say the property manager Nicole here is absolutely by far the best. She is always super sweet and helpful. She goes out of her way to assist and satisfy her customers. Nicole is always polite patient and professional no matter what is going on. I've seen Nicole in action she had a customer that was yelling at her and being rude. She also had myself and 3 other waiting not to mention the rental she was doing. Nicole never lost her cool she was AMAZING. I always make sure to go when she is working because she is the only one at that property that actually does anything and makes sure your helped and satisfied. I've gone there when she's off and its just not the same. The other girls there are not friendly or helpful there always on there phone and most of the time the office will be locked lights off . I know I sure do appreciate it Nicole she is the best. Your lucky to have someone as talented and dedicated to her job as she is. Nicole there does the job of 2 at least this property use to always have 2 people staffed there but ever since Nicole has been up here she is always by herself and she does an amazing job and yet when she's not working there are two and the service is terrible. NICOLE YOUR THE BEST
