I was given cost information and details from call center, site did not have information when I checked into site office, resulted in over 30 minutes to get papers approved and signed. Too long.

I called to reserve a storage space and my conversation with Bridget was so nice and comfortable…I really felt at ease about everything to set this up!! It was a great experience and once we met in person…it was even better!! She and her husband were definitely focused on the customer they were helping!! I needed to move out of a storage facility where I had been a tenant for 40 years because the property had been sold and an office building will be constructed there. While that facility had been quite adequate for my purposes, it clearly could not compare to the Richmond Security Public Storage facility. Everything at the latter is far better and first-rate: location, construction, management, security, maintenance, etc. Although I did not want to make this move, I could not be happier to have done so.

While the location is less than perfect overall if, like me, you are without a car, the pricing cannot be beat! I was renting a smaller unit at a (slightly) more convenient place, but was paying almost twice as much! The savings alone makes up for the time to get there by bus. Otherwise, the customer service was wonderful - Both Melissa and Jordan made me feel welcome and valued as a customer . . . Which is an all-important factor to me.
