Everyone was so kind an easy process!

My move in to my unit was super smooth, the agents were super friendly and helpful and made everything easy and fast. Plus, they have a truck you can use for free to bring your belongings, so it was really convenient and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to rent one. Overall, I am super amazed with everything, especially with the low rate and the service was perfect. I recommend 100%.

When corporate-minded StorQuest took over family run Payless Self Storage everything changed. My 3 year contract was not honored, nor history of my loyalty as long term customer. My rates have gone up 20% every year when the desk staff told me they go up 7% a year. Even during the pandemic considered a State of Emergency when CA penal code says no more than 10%. Yes, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean w. lots of options, but because of price gouging, and indifferent, not so caring staff, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d go elsewhere.

Easy to get into, lots of luggage carts, and a large elevator. Overall good experience

Their requirement to have insurance on my property is an upgrade scam. I have my own renters insurance that covers me but they still insisted on me purchasing theirs for a month while I got official documentation of mine. When I insisted on using my own insurance they told me they would not rent to me. They eventually did but not without extreme resistance and horrible attitude.

Cherry was very helpful. I did have a hard time finding my unit, we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a map or anything so we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know which building it was in.

The service was nice and the storage units were priced at a reasonable price

Lots of perks for moving in to this facility: moving truck, reduced rent for 3 months, and onsite dollies.

I went online and immediately I found StorQuest. I made a reservation with only my name and a date. With their great rates and move in special it was a little over $30 to move in. Professional and prompt you will encounter at the desk and a happy customer I am by the hours I can facilitate to accommodate my work schedule and the smell of bleach in the halls. Finally a company that has it figured out. Your next storage must try StorQuest.

The place was closed over the weekend and I couldnt axcess my tools, this was a very big problem

Customer Service is top of the line. Pricing is decent for the first 3 months, but gets a bit high after that. May look into other options in a few months.
