The most impressive thing about Cube Smart was the price. In this day and age this is a real bargain! It was easy to get to and I love it is on the bottom floor. The staff were engaging and easy to work with.

The storage was dark and didn't look very secure. I wasn't told that my unit had two doors and as such required two locks. My moving crew was extremely concerned because the unit didn't have any lights which hindered their ability to make sure that everything was stacked properly. Mt unit was down a long hall way and once again, my crew asked me if I secure a drive up unit. The front office said that it would cost me a minimum of an additional $100 per month, so I obviously declined. My crew was forced to slow down and use the light from their cell phone. This is an old and outdated (very poor condition) storage facility and I definitely would not recommend it even if it was free.

It was great. Space could be a little cleaner but otherwise good space for what you pay

This place was easy to rent. I was on a tight schedule and was able to rent it all on line and was able to purchase the lock as well. I went to my until accessed it by myself and they had a welcome bag in the unit with the lock etc for me to use

Contract for storage unit I paid for was not what I got. So I could not get into the storage unit and movers could not move my things. I had to wait hours before I got assistance, by that time assistance arrived I only had 1 hour left before the "gate hours" would end. I was told I would be " charged" a fee if I left after the gate hours were over. This all went horribly wrong, due to the management not making sure that the unit I got a contract for ( paid for ) was available- that cost me a large sum of money. The movers left before the job was completed and still expected to get paid as they waited for hours and I had to rent to the van again for several more days and do vast majority of the lifting myself. I was in a great deal of pain afterwards, but there was no more money to hire movers . And I was told that it was not the fault of management because manager showed me a different unit previously. So therefore, the manger didn't feel like they were at fault. So now I am out of $700 and I was in pain for weeks after.

Loved it, was so simple and easy to use. Paying online made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Really affordable and easiest to use in comparison to other storage places. There was no need to go into the leasing office for my carﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s uncovered unit, making is simpler and convenient for the tow truck driver and me to get in and get out. Great for busy people doing their best. 10/10 would always recommend

I didn't appreciate the reservation site not informing me there was a mandatory insurance policy i had to have. This was an unexpected hidden cost, and it should have been disclosed at time of reservation.

The price was great and the move-in was simple and easy, especially given the current situation with Covid-19. The space I have is easy to get my trailer in and out of, I do wish it was a tad bit wider, but otherwise, it's fine. The cameras and onsite personnel make me feel secure in leaving my camper there.

After about 1 week of getting the storage unit...my husbamd goes to get in the gate and it says code temporary suspended so since office was already closed i called first thing in mornung and the office mamager answered and basically said she needed a 2nd form of id for us to be able to get to our stuff in their facility. My husbands wallet got stolen out of his truck ftom the airport just a week a few weeks prior and he had eveb mentioned that when paying for unit. I asked her why on earth would they not hsve asked for a second form of id before renting to us and allowimg us to move all of our important belongings in and then keeping them from us. I still have yet to resolve this. I call and leave message after message tellung them its an emergentcy snd i need to get into our unit and has never recieved a call back. This place need to reimborse me my and allow me to retreave my property.

Fair price for the unit and in a good location. The staff at this location were very helpful and walked me through the paperwork.

Pros: -Secluded location -24/7 camera monitoring -Daily access -All units are insured Cons: -The closet unit they gave me has just a sheet metal door and doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem real secure -Mandatory additional fee for insurance they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell you about. I feel the price of insurance is really high (about what you would pay for renters insurance on an apt). -I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel safe being there alone after dark. Overall: for the price, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not bad.

The place is great but there was a hidden fee for insurance which was not mentioned on the total when I first signed up. It is also nonnegotiable and that you must have an insurance in order to keep rent there.

Very pricey and was not offered any of the sign on discounts that competitors had but it's clean and much more accessible for large moving trucks

The facility is quite big and in a secluded area. Employees were nice.

i have been moving around and putting my stuff in and out of storage for about 6 years now. i have had some awful experiences. this time is probably the best. the staff is helpful and attentive. the unit pricing is the best in town, with very convenient access times.

Inexpensive and very roomy for the price! It is very close to my residence which makes it convenient for me and my family!

CubeSmart is a great storage place, with the lowest prices in the area, super helpful and friendly staff, and a neat and tidy facility. We also got to use their truck for the move-in, for a very low fee. I definitely recommend CubeSmart to my friends!

One thing that sold me on picking CubeSmart was the low price increase. I've been to other storages where the price I started out paying within two years nearly doubled. With cubesmart your price will only go up no more than 10% maximum and that's only if there is an increase. The price is great, the staff is friendly and the area is clean.

so far so good i have not been at the facility long but the service is much better than the other storage places i've been to.

I was so impressed by the courtesy of the staff here, and her help towards getting all the paper work done. The staff Ashely (who is also the manager), made signing up easy and had me my storage unit set up in no time. The gates are secured and the price is just right! I was very pleased with the whole experience. I have never had to deal with finding storage for my items Climate Control is the way to go in Southern California in the summer. I was a little concerned about the sealed off door on my unit it was not very secure. But they promised to make it right.
