I'm very concerned about cocaroaches I seen on walls in hall way near my unit.

The customer service was fantastic. We are a bit concerned about the people we saw having a bbq in front of their storage unit and 3 other people walking around the inside area of the unit with seemingly no destination while there. We pray that our trailer is safe and do not feel perfectly comfortable that it will be. We will give this facility a chance, but mostly because the women at the front desk were so good.

The two ladies that assisted me at the front were so kind & helpful in helping me set things up & showing me to my unit.

Property needs to up grade locking mechanism on doors for small spaces and get security cameras in each building.

The drive from Placentia was a nightmare, but Chanell Battle was a saving grace when we got there. She was ready to go with paperwark and information. The space was ready for us to use and we were done in less than 30 mins. Ms Battle is a real asset to Cubesmart and we'd recommend her and Sparefoot Cubesmart on Arlington in Riverside to all out friends and family.

Quick and easy to rent, very straight forward process.

Was looking for a decent storage option for a travel trailer - this location fit the bill. The office personnel was pleasant and the location seems secure. The stalls are a little tight to maneuver, but this depends largely on your vehicle. The monthly fee is about the lowest I was able to find ... March 2020.

Storing my RV at this location. Adelen was super helpful and accommodating. Affordable storage in a nice facility.

I only needed a place to put my things for a month and they treated me well. I was able to come in and get a unit no problem. The room is easy to get to as well.

Had the largest size that I needed. service was good. place is clean. Price? A bit high. Insurance is expensive for the amount you get but I will have to show them I have home owners to get it taken off my bill.

Staff was awesome and courteous. I was able to get in and get out quickly so that I could move my stuff to storage. The free moving van was a nice touch. Best prices compared to the others in the area.

Adilene was awesome in getting me checked in, while Brian was great in providing details of the facility and Angela was attentive to getting the space ready even though I arrived 20 minutes before closing.

The ladies in the office were very friendly. I reserved a unit online and they showed me all my available choices. I was in and out pretty quick. Facilities look well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Was the easiest to get the storage but the pricing wasn't what I found online. And I had to get insurance on the storage which is fine but that was almost like a hidden fee that I wasn't aware about.

Hi, It was great! They called me to confirm my storage needs and were able to find a fit that same hour. I made appointment to come in and sign paper work and took possession of unit that same moment. They were friendly, very helpful and honor the free month rent as advertised on Sparefoot website!
