I made the reservation online, I had so many question and Jennifer was very knowledgeable and made the process easy to sign up and also move in.

Great safe place to store your belongings and not have to worry. Would definitely recommend.

My experience was great. The staff member was very friendly. He got me exactly what I needed. He went over all the correct contract paperwork with me explained everything in detail answered every question I had with no hesitation. Overall I give them 5 Stars quit work Public Storage.

I moved from Los Angeles to Jurupa Valley and the nice manager there. Marcelino really helped me& my family with a large storage space at a good price went out of his way to please us & kept saying he was there to help also. Very personable Not at all like L.A. at all Nothing but young, ignorant, rude, & unprofessional employees in that region.. Thanks Bonnie & Marcelino you are great?

I was in dire straights, having lost the home I lived in for 10 years, I needed to rent a storage unit at the end of Feb., when I meet Laura B. At public storage #00408, not only did she go out of her way to accommodate my every need, she even took excellent care of me during our tour of rental unit in a downpour! I can not thank you enough Laura B. With employees like this you can not go wrong!

yes, I would I liked that the responded quickly to my phone call and sent me an address I did was tap on it and it took me to the location the attendant was new but very knowledgeable and had everything ready when I got there. it was fast and easy. thank you alicia

Bonnie and Anne are great people very attentive got us everything we needed for our transition of moving our stuff into the storage unit. They had us laughing will highly recommend this place to everyone. Great job ladies your the best.

My dealings with on site staff has been fantastic. Bonnie has been very helpful. the web based order system however is ridiculous. I have not recieved my order nor have I been able to reach a person when I call. I have left several messages that continually go unanswered. Disappointed.

Rick Jensen is awesome. This was one of the most stress free interviews I have ever had. Rick was very informative and thorough. It would be a pleasured work for him.
