The overall customer service wasn't great but the storage was there when I needed it. In due time all errors over time were fixed by management.

I waited an half hour for office to open. I received a telephone call a week prior, text and email to confirm the date and hours of operation. I was there at 9am Saturday morning and no one was in the office I called the number they have posted on there front door. I even called customer service and no one was available to help me during this time. I left a voicemail for the manager on-site and I still have not received a call back.
