Every time I go to check on my unit I am greeted by Gayle and her customer service is just great. The facility is always clean. And she is very helpful. I would also like to acknowledge Linda she is also kind and very helpful. Keep up the good work Ladies....

Very nice people.Very clean facility inside and out. Just enough space(More than enough)for the things I moved in. Right price for person on a budget.Move in was under what was quoted by $40. If I ever need storage again I'll come to them...

Sofia was very the barrel and showing us around explain everything got the discount

The computer was having issues so it took longer to complete all the paper work. Staff was a pleasant to work with and very fun people

Everyone needs a storage unit for different reasons the person checking you and does not know that reason but she was still very friendly even though my mood wasn't the greatest very helpful in helping me understand all the terms and conditions and the rules she also show me around the property and explained all the different parts and sizes of the unit and help me find the right size for me

You have a good storage unit, and easy access to your storage. What I like was it was secured with plenty of surveillance cameras.

Breathtaking. At first I figured it was just a normal storage facility. But after I walked in I was proved wrong. The lady helping me quoted and pretty much sang all the company's policies and rules as if it were the doctrine of Jesus Christ himself. Then she ushered us into her motorized chariot and off into the blue we went. The whole time being reassured that that my belongings were safe from the woes of this worn by the climate controlled haven that is Western Storage. Would totally follow on Twitter.
